There are times that stress and anxiety can get us down.
Find out your major stressors in life.
Write down your major pressure points in life,
After writing them down give your list to God.
Together, you can tackle them one by one,
day by day, minute by minute.
"Let go and give it to GOD"
Identify any outlets that will help you, such as:
music, prayer, talking to a friend.
Learn to take minute vacations, slowing down and taking the time to smell the flowers.
Most of all, taking the time to help and give to others.
We must have a sense of gratitude for all that we have been given.
Thanking God every day for all the Blessings.
